The team of accountants at Konosko Accounting Firm offer accounting and tax advice to small and medium-sized businesses, both in China and abroad.

SHIRLEY TANG, Accounting Manager CPA, CTA

A certificated Public and Tax Accountant. Having graduated from the Nanjing Audit Institute in 1995, in 2004 she won the ‘Hong Kong Certificated Financial Planner’ Certificate. Responsible for overseeing the Konosko Accounting Firm, she manages and directs tax issues, focussing on the accounting management of a legion of predominantly foreign companies. In particular, she engages in the regular supervision of accounting books, preparation of budgets, assistance in liquidation, and the preparation of due diligence reports.

STEFANO PRAMPOLINI, Chartered Accountant

With degree in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Modena.
Listed in the Register of Certified Public Accountants of Modena and admitted to the National Register of Auditors. He’s specialized in corporate consultancy, mainly dealing with companies, contractual, tax and accounting issues.
In partnership with Konosko Group since 1999, he’s focused on companies’ internationalization, by supporting and promoting business relationships between Chinese and European enterprises.

CINDY CAO, Senior accountant and accounting supervisor

Holds a degree in Economics from the Shanghai Institute of Building Materials Industry (Tongji University). Boasts twenty years of experience in the accounting field, offering accounting assistance to companies, updating the books, preparing and supervising monthly statements, as well as overseeing the preparation of budgets and income statements from companies to any foreign investment.

EMMY LIU, Accounting Supervisor

Holds a degree in Finance from Shanghai University for Science and Technology, she also specialises in Finance Management, having trained at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. As an accountant, she has a wealth of experience in tax and financial matters, and provides companies with assistance during tax audits and advice on key international tax issues.

Graduated in Economic Law from Chongqing University. Advanced studies accounting in 2014. She has a wide professional experience. Main area: foreign investment, import &export, HR, accounting.
